Project Description: produces a suite of applications and backend services that optimize operations and improve guest experiences at theme parks around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the IT business analyst and engage business units regarding new software projects and enhancements.
• Identify impacts and propose recommendations to current business processes
• Work with other business analysts and the development team to capture and convert business requirements into functional and technical designs
• Support prioritization of the strategic portfolio of projects
• Develop test plans and scripts
• Support and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training
• Coordinate and/or deliver end-user training as appropriate
• Support the business in creating Business Requirements Documents, and Functional Design and Testing documents
• Lead enhancement efforts from conception through deployment using standard SDLC methodology
• Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate with software vendors and clients

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent project management skills
• Demonstrated successful working relationships with IT and Business customers
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation, and collaboration skills
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities
