Senior Business Systems Analyst (вакансія неактивна)

UST Global^® is looking for a Senior Business System Analyst.

The client is an independent consumer cooperative engaged in grocery stores, florists, travel agencies, post offices, and pharmacies.

Project duration — 2 months with further possible extension.

Location — Ukraine, Poland.

Skills: Business Analysis, Design Thinking, Documentation, Organization, Facilitation, and Communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Journey Documentation: Develop detailed documentation of customer journeys at both Level 0 (L0) and Level 1 (L1), highlighting key interactions and touchpoints.
• Business Capabilities Mapping (L0/L1): Collaborate with stakeholders to map out business capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Value Stream Documentation: Document value streams to identify and optimize the flow of value through various processes and systems.
• Application Rationalization Support: Assist in the rationalization of application portfolios to ensure they meet current and future business needs.
• Pain-Point Elicitation: Elicit pain points from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and other elicitation techniques. Document these pain points for further analysis.
• Solution Development: Work closely with solution architects to provide potential solutions to identified pain points, leveraging insights from customer journey mapping and business capability analysis.
• Rapid Ideation Facilitation: Utilize tools like Mural.co or similar for rapid ideation sessions, helping to foster creativity and innovative thinking among team members.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Engage with various team members across departments to ensure collaborative and cohesive project outcomes.
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and effectiveness.
• Reporting: Deliver comprehensive status reports to update stakeholders on project progress and align on future directions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst, particularly in environments utilizing Design Thinking to address complex business challenges.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis, documentation, organization, facilitation, and advanced communication techniques. Experience with tools like Mural.co for ideation and collaboration.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Experience in leading project teams and mentoring junior staff to foster skills development and professional growth.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating and persuading others, as well as presenting ideas to various audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to think strategically about how to create business-led solutions.
• Flexibility: Must be adaptable to working in different time zones to cater to the needs of the UK-based team
• At least Upper-intermediate English level
