SAP Business Development Expert (вакансія неактивна)

UST Ukraine is looking for SAP Business Development Expert to join our team.

Expectations and Tasks:

  • Hunt for new businesses, elaborate competitive approach/ strategy to reach out to the companies using SAP to scale up the SAP servicing.
  • Provide consultation to prospective customers, collaboratively involving available tech resources.
  • Participate in demo build, design, planning, based upon customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility and integration of the solution.
  • Provides answers to customers and post-sales support of company products and systems.
  • Build credibility and a strong working relationship with decision makers who do not show an interest in our product line, but may need solutions at some point in the future.
  • Build and maintain active pipeline, update on pipeline progression and revenue forecast.
  • Participate in license selling process, help implement scalable revenue programs.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership position, mentorship abilities, provide knowledge transfer to colleagues if needed.
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales leads to sell SAP licenses.
  • Managing a portfolio of potential sales opportunities which directly relate to the sales of licenses.
  • Improving go 2 market strategy to maintain the strong customer pipleine

Strategic Tasks:

  • Navigate the extensive SAP solution portfolio with core focus on emerging products within the BTP landscape.
  • Collaborate with the team to craft the sales strategies, winning approach on interactions with the prospective customers.
  • Analyze local market environment, contribute to indicate customer segments, industry verticals, and solution specializations.
  • Develop strong partnerships and robust network within SAP community to drive collaborative success.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience with BTP business applications, other SAP solutions (preferably knowledge expertise in S/4Hana Cloud solutions, SuccessFactors, Aruba).
  • 7+ years’ experience in SAP sales, proven track record of capturing and growing 10+ customers.
  • Collaborative style and networking approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of local market, trends, specific solutions, ability to come up with tailored approach.
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Good presentation, analytical and researching skills;
  • The result-oriented person with a high level of self-organization;
  • Self-motivated to generate and exploit new opportunities;
  • Ability to plan your own work and work independently;
  • English level — Upper-intermediate at least;
