Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of proposals and pitches;
  • Conduct research and analyze information on new clients and target markets including client segmentation and prospecting;
  • Work with partners;
  • Work with the base of subcontractors and freelancers;
  • Work with inbound leads;
  • Conduct client validation;
  • Work with documents that help in Business Development and Account Management activities;
  • Develop and implement Account Management initiatives;
  • Pipeline oversight including reporting and dashboard support;
  • Work with the CRM systems (Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot), Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint;
  • Work with the business development team to build the company brand using PR, digital, etc.

Requirements:

  • At least Upper Intermediate English level;
  • Proactiveness and responsible approach to tasks;
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Details oriented with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities;

Desirable:

  • Experience of working in IT sphere;
  • Experience of working with the Microsoft Office suite of applications;
  • Experience of working with CRM systems like Pipedrive, Hubspot, DynamicsCRM;
  • A degree in Marketing or Business or relevant professional marketing qualification;
