UST Global is looking for AI Engineer (Python & Cloud Expertise) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development and Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning models using Python. Optimize models for performance and efficiency.

• Data Engineering: Work with large datasets to prepare, process, and analyse data for model training and evaluation. Implement data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Cloud Integration: Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing AI solutions. Utilize cloud services for computation, storage, and AI model deployment.

• Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI models into products and services. Ensure seamless deployment and scalability.

• Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest AI and machine learning trends, tools, and technologies. Conduct research to explore new methodologies and improve existing systems.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Lead by example in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models. Implement improvements and updates to ensure models remain effective and efficient over time.

• Documentation: Create detailed documentation for AI models, systems architecture, and deployment processes to ensure knowledge transfer and reproducibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Python programming.

• Proven experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding of cloud architecture.

• Experience in deploying AI models in a cloud environment, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy).

• Familiarity with data engineering tools and databases (SQL, NoSQL).

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified, Azure certifications).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).

• Knowledge of additional programming languages (Java, C++ etc.) is a plus.

• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant fields.
