Reporting manager (IFRS/Finance team)

At uSoftware, we’re looking for a Reporting manager to join our finance team.
Location — Lviv-hybrid or remote Ukraine/Europe
Full-time
Main responsibilities include:
Accounting
- Maintaining accounting records for purchases, compensation, accruals, and advances.
- Monitoring and controlling automated cash postings.
- Monitoring and reviewing accounting records prepared by other team members related to revenue recognition, travel, office, and other expenses.
- Performing intragroup transactions and balance eliminations.
- Preparation and issuance of intragroup invoices
- Posting IFRS adjustments.
- Collaborating with team members, representatives of other departments, and vendors.
- Provision of IFRS training and knowledge sharing to other team members upon request
Reporting
- Primary responsibility for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in QuickBooks.
- Preparing monthly consolidated management reports.
- Preparing stand‑alone reports for non‑resident legal entities and consolidated group reports in accordance with IFRS.
- Preparing ad‑hoc reports requested by top management.
Tax Compliance
- Collaborating with external consultants on the preparation and submission of corporate income tax and VAT returns for non-resident legal entities.
- Preparing planned P&L and coordinating with external consultants to ensure proper tax compliance.
Process Development and Implementation
- Analyzing current processes considering business needs and challenges.
- Preparing improvement proposals for existing systems and workflows.
- Implementing process changes and gathering feedback.
Requirements
- Experience working with QuickBooks is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading international audit firms (Big 4 / Tier 2) or in the finance departments of international companies.
- Experience in preparing all forms of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Understanding of international taxation principles.
- Self‑starter with a high level of self‑organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
- Confident command of Excel and other MS Office.
- Holding or pursuing international professional qualifications — ACCA is a strong advantage.
