Senior Python (AI) Developer (вакансія неактивна)

Prosperous Robotics is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong AI/agent engineering experience to extend the AI-driven movement-analysis platform that powers their mobile fitness & rehabilitation application.

We ideally prefer candidates located in Lviv, but we’re also open to candidates willing to travel for workshops and team events, as we plan to have frequent on-site sessions for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

You will work on enhancing and integrating:

• Agent-based AI workflows
• Text-to-SQL processing
• Structured & unstructured data pipelines
• AWS Bedrock models
• The internal AI framework built by the CTO

This role is highly collaborative, working across mobile teams building the new app version for the Ukrainian rehabilitation market.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and expand the AI backend powering motion analysis and exercise feedback.
• Develop agent-based AI systems using Python (LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks).
• Work with AWS Bedrock and integrate multiple LLM model types.
• Build robust APIs for iOS and Android teams.
• Provide architectural direction and propose improvements proactively.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of Python backend experience.
• Strong background with AI systems, especially:
• LLMs
• Agent-based architectures
• Text-to-SQL pipelines
• Data processing engines
• Experience building high-scale backend systems using AWS.
• Able to work in a senior, autonomous team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Advanced English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fitness/rehabilitation data or motion analysis.
• Familiarity with MLOps or data engineering.
