About the role
We are looking for a highly driven Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping user experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — Product Management (with a potential growth path to Product Owner), Engineering, and Marketing — to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centric designs.
Your work will directly impact how customers interact with our products and services.

What will you do:
• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Improve user conversion, retention, and engagement with design solutions across the product.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure seamless implementation.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system and ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Applicant requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or similar role.
• Experience in Product Management is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, efficient workflows) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Precision and organisation in creating and maintaining designs.
• Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methods.
• Solid understanding of front-end principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
• Strong ability to prioritize between business needs, UX, and technical feasibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English; copywriting skills are a strong advantage.
