About the role

You’ll own the end-to-end quality assurance process for both web and mobile applications, ensuring reliability, usability, and customer satisfaction.
This role combines structured QA processes with startup agility — you’ll design test strategies, coordinate user-reported bug resolution, and implement AI-based QA automation to improve testing speed and precision.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience, ideally in fast-moving SaaS or mobile environments.
• Deep understanding of QA fundamentals: regression, exploratory testing, bug life cycle, release validation.
• Experience with QA tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Jira, or similar).
• Familiarity with manual and semi-automated testing (UI, API, mobile) — coding not required.
• Ability to manage QA within continuous delivery / high-frequency release cycles.
• Proven experience collaborating with customer support and handling user-reported issues from reproduction to fix verification.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail — capable of identifying systemic issues and risk areas.
• Interest or experience in using AI tools for QA automation (test-case maintenance, regression analysis, or bug triage).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple parallel priorities.
• Self-driven and adaptable — able to thrive in a high-paced startup, where priorities shift quickly and ownership is expected.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience leading QA for cross-platform (web + mobile) products.
• Familiarity with testing AI features (LLM-based, content generation, analytics).
• Knowledge of QA metrics and analytics dashboards.
• Experience with Slack/Jira QA automations or AI-based assistants.
• Understanding of data privacy and security considerations in QA.
