We are looking for a person who:
• Shares our values of Freedom and Responsibility, Teamwork, Continuous improvement and Transparency;
• Has 2+ years of experience in People Operations / HR Specialist role in IT industry;
• Has a deep sense of empathy and understanding for the needs of diverse groups of people;
• Has a strong ability to identify and create processes to get work done and to optimize efficient workflows;
• Is skilled in analyzing, implementing, and improving systems including HRIS, survey tools, performance management tools, etc.

Обов’язки

You will be responsible for:
• Provide full cycle of People Operations: onboarding, offboarding, improvement plans, benefits & praises, running regular Team Summary meetings;
• Support our Managers and Team Members to achieve learning and development goals, help them to run salary reviews, one-on-ones, conflict resolutions;
• Improve processes: optimize and scale the whole spectrum of People Operations processes and procedures;
• Help to shape culture and psychological environment of the team, suggest improvements, advise and cooperate with leaders and managers;
• Work on internal employer brand, cooperate with Recruiting and Marketing departments on external employer brand;
• Running Employee Satisfaction Survey & analytics around it on a quarterly basis;
• Set and execute a strategy for People Operations excellence;
• Keep HRIS & Knowledge base up to date;

Your impact:
• Within your first 30 days, you’ll become familiar with our team members, services, and our existing workflows and processes;
• Within two months, you will implement your first onboarding and will comfortably run other People Operations processes;
• Within four months, you’ll take full ownership People Operations processes and run process improvement initiative;
• By month six, you will work on setting the strategy for People Operations!
