As a Project Manager at Uptech, it’s you who help our clients to succeed in their startups and grow faster. You’ll work closely with our clients from pre-sale to the product launch and support phase, being responsible for delivering value and building sound relationships between product owners and our teams.
Who you are:
• You have experience building IT products from scratch;
• You have experience translating client’s and users’ input into user stories, product features, software requirements;
• You have experience prioritizing product feature development and contributing to the roadmap;
• You have experience building sound relationships between clients and teams;
• You have Advanced English level (both written and spoken).
Will be a plus:
• UX skills (wireframing, prototyping, user research);
• Web/mobile development expertise.

What you will do:
• Contribute to Product management by creating vision & scope documents, running product discovery, research activities, UX tests, building roadmap, etc;
• Manage quality of product requirements: gather input from stakeholders, refine it, document, and prioritize;
• Own the project plan and manage the project’s health (scope, budget, timeline, risks);
• Lead product team, manage sprint events and own the product artifacts (backlog, sprint plans, requirements documentation, etc.);
• Support team members by improving processes and removing obstacles on their road;
• Identify and engage stakeholders throughout the product development process.
