Uptech is looking for a talented Account Manager — a person who will advocate between the client, and our engineering and product teams to ensure the success of our clients businesses.

You will work with our wonderful clients in the US and Europe — DollarShaveClub, Goat, Aspiration, and multiple others, while having an opportunity to meet great people along the way.

Required skills/experience:
• You have 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager;
• You have excellent spoken and written English & communication skills;
• You have a strong service/client-oriented attitude;
• You have proven organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• You have experience in communicating with US/Europe customers;
• You have effective team-working skills.

Will be a plus:
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers and excel;
• Understanding of software development lifecycle.

What you will do:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
• Send invoices & control payments; keep track of information on clients/projects in CRM;
• Upsell of our services to clients;
• Advocating between customer, product and development team and guarding the interests/expectations of both parties equally;
• Engaging in conflict resolution in relation to services being delivered and business issues;
• Manage relationships with existing partners.

Our clients are startups and established companies from the US and Europe creating digital products in healthcare, finance, social, entertainment, and mobile-commerce industries. Over the past 4 years, Uptech has launched over 20 successful products.
Moreover, we develop an R&D department and launch our own products (Plai, VPN solution).
