We’re looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join our team.

Who you are:
• You have 3 years of experience with testing Mobile and Web Applications;
• You have experience in leading QA Engineers team;
• You have a strong understanding of the software development life cycle and methodologies;
• You have experience with test strategy, test plan and acceptance criteria definition;
• You have proven experience with test analysis;
• You have experience in API testing (Swagger, Postman, Insomnia);
• You have experience with JIRA, Git;
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• You have good presentational and communicative skills;
• You have an Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and spoken).

Will be a plus:
• Experience in automation testing;
• Understanding of usability and interaction design;
• Computer Science Degree.

What you will do:
• Lead QA team (conducting one-on-ones, providing feedback sharing, setting personal development plans, establishing a motivation process);
• Build QA department strategy (setting OKR`s with the team);
• Improve QA processes;
• Ongoing quality assurance management (planning & estimations, requirements review, test design, execution, reporting, bug-tracking, tracking test coverage, etc.);
• Ensure proper Test process follow-up;
• Collect and evaluate test-related measurements and metrics upon the given implementation domain/teams;
• Participate in the recruiting process of new team members;
• Participate in the planning of testing strategy for each iteration.
