Project Description
Being part of the Banking engineering team you will be embracing 12-factor app philosophies and driving key deliverables to our applications and services, remotely. We believe in codification (Infrastructure and Configuration as code), automation, immutability, CI/CD, and scalability — all for the benefit of our customers and users within a secure and continuously compliant environment.
Technical Environment
Our Engineering Team is now growing consisting of Senior Software Developers, DevSecOps Engineers, Architects, QAs, and Designers who are responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our platform, from architecture through to infrastructure.
This is a complete greenfield project, a fully funded cutting-edge start-up that will require you to muck in with every aspect of our delivery lifecycle. Sometimes you might be working closely with the DevSecOps engineering teams, other times with the POs, and other times with external parties defining integration mechanisms.

Tools: Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Vault, Consul, istio, private cloud, concourse-CI, EFK, Prometheus, Grafana, Firebase
Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, Pair-Programming
The person will be responsible for:
- building the processes for the QA department
- setting up the processes, rules, strategies
- managing the team
- technical building for the ALL streams
- Needs to be experienced in Java, and Appium; Kotlin is nice to have; web testing, mobile testing, backend testing; frontend testing.
Important to have:
- Banking experience.
- Location: Only EU based
- Buy-out: preferable to be available for a buy-out, without the buy-out option-also can be considered.
