Senior Product Analyst (вакансія неактивна)


Uproad is a start-up company having the mission to deliver next-generation Mobile applications in the tolling domain for the US consumer market (B2C). Based on GPS location tracking, the app provides cutting edge user experience to pay for tolls, receive toll alerts, calculate toll pricing.

Product Data Analyst will support and work closely with the product and marketing team in the planning, production, execution, reporting and analysis of all online marketing initiatives and product.


— Develops and executes product strategy and data architecture for Uproad Marketing Technology Stack and back-end data collection with all involved clients, power users and reporting consumers;
— Coordinates data architecture across all analytic platforms for de-duplication, resiliency, Universal Tagging, and the delivery pipeline down to existing downstream systems;
— Conducts market research and analyzes platform and reporting usage. Conducts and reviews competitive analysis, to determine if new technologies, upgrades, or products are needed. Perform evaluations and onboarding of these tools (growth opportunity!);
— Defines products, analyzes requirements, develops and maintains specification documents. Develops tactical plans and assists related budgets. Develops detailed product features, requirements and implementation plans;
— Builds and maintains business and marketing dashboards for various teams including but not limited to marketing and product teams;
— Deep product-area or program-level responsibility and/or primarily responsible for relationships with one or more functions and senior exec stakeholders;
— Coordinate the self-service reporting and analysis of analytic platform usage to prove and justify the values the tools continue to provide: who uses the tools, and why;
— Scope of trade-off decisions: makes resource/budget choices between projects, build versus buy;
— Works cross-functionally as Analytics relates to other data capture and collection repositories, to avoid overlap or increase data and reporting resiliency/accuracy;
— Serves as a subject matter expert (analytics) resource to other Product Managers and Business Owners, for any area of the Organization.


— Experience with web/mobile analytics and testing products as well as CDPs, including Firebase, Adjust, Google Analytics, mParticle, Amplitude. Thorough knowledge of its limitations;
— Demonstrated ability to work through complex business problems and partner with internal clients with a consultative approach;
— Strong capability to diagram and document large data architectures, and understand the impact of that data on downstream systems, forecasting data change and coordinating its effect, and seeing through its roll-out and validation;
— Strong analytics/modeling skills with the ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights or dive down to find the flaw or issue;
— Excellent verbal and written skills, including providing living documentation and the ability to understand and convey complex topics to both technical consumers, as well as understand business owners/requestors. Creating instruction lessons for business users will be extremely valuable;
— Ability to organize a rapid list of projects with multiple hand-offs to team members, ensuring projects are on-time or delay-managed without falloff;
— Previous Experience in creating a project structure and execution plan that assists team members in improving existing data structures or configuration improvements. Example: SiteCatalyst Upgrade;
— Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL and data extraction from various data sources: SQL Server, DB2, MySQL;
— Strong understanding of ETL processes, data processing for the transfer of data from one system to another (flat files, databases, Hadoop storage, BQ, AWS, Redshift, etc);
— Bachelor’s degree in a Business, computer, math, technical or related discipline preferred. Master’s degrees are given additional consideration depending on specialty;
— Experience in an analytic role in an eCommerce, subscription, financial or similar online-product-focused company preferred.
