— Interacts with DevOps team, Customer Support (US-based) and Support Analysts on daily basis
— Monitor and resolve cases of unsuccessful 3rd party data integrations. Perform actions to correct data in different sources (CRM system, backend DBs, external sources via UI/data upload, REST APIs).
— Escalate cases when needed to ensure proper communication with 3rd parties, customers and internal participants..
— Monitor results of automatic data reconciliations and perform corrective actions via sending requests, correcting data in DB.
— Respond to pager duty alerts and perform actions within standard instructions in known cases: re-launch pod, change config maps parameters, trigger technical endpoint.
— Follow-up on pager-duty alerts and perform proactive monitoring to discover potentially wrong system behaviours (Amazon MQ, DB operations, interactions between components via REST APIs).
— Perform preliminary analysis of problematic cases, gather meaningful logs and raise issues to development team if needed
— Automation of routine operations and monitoring dashboards setup

Uproad is a start-up company having the mission to deliver next-generation Mobile applications in the tolling domain for the US consumer market (B2C). Based on GPS location tracking, the app can provide cutting edge user experience to pay for tolls, receive toll alerts, calculate toll pricing for the given route, pay your bills, and much more. Since launching in stores back in March 2020, more than 15k users have installed the mobile app. The company aims to be a Nationwide provider in the US for tolling service for millions of users.
The mobile app is powered by AWS cloud-native backend built from scratch following modern microservice architecture, Salesforce and DevOps best practices.

You will join a team of about 70 professionals distributed across three countries. Most of the engineering staff is located in Ukraine (Kyiv), making it easy to collaborate, learn from experienced teammates, and have a cool team atmosphere and colleagues’ support.
