Required skills:
1+ years of experience in Recruiter position in software development companies
Understanding of full recruitment life cycle
Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good understanding of IT technical terminology, platforms, frameworks, languages

Responsibilities:
Communicating with managers, clarifying requirements and duties for the openings
Creating job descriptions, post and promote vacancies
Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Stackoverflow, Github, Google
Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates via Skype/Zoom/phone
Organization of technical and conducting HR interviews
Preparing and negotiating offers with Hiring Managers and candidates
Supporting and communicating with the candidates until the first day
Providing statistical and analytical information about the recruitment process
