We are looking for an IT Recruiter.
It is a full-time, fully remote, and long-term cooperation opportunity.
What professional skills are important for us?
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience in the IT outstaffing field;
- Ability to build a full-cycle recruitment process;
- Experience utilizing social media and internet-based recruiting tools;
- High degree of responsibility, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize needs;
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills;
- Ability to maintain a consistently fast pace in delivering results;
- Ability to consult applicants and negotiate compensation;
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Upper-intermediate English is a must.
What will you do?
- Full life-cycle recruiting;
- Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs;
- Utilizing various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to maximize candidate sourcing and grow the company’s employment brand.
- Attracting a pipeline of quality candidates for technical and managerial positions;
- Creating job descriptions, making enhancements to existing job descriptions;
- Researching and investigating new sourcing ideas and tools;
- Act as a Lead Recruiter to develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy.
