Requirements:
— 1+ years of Webflow design experience working with mobile, tablet, and desktop website design.
— A portfolio of professional website design work showcasing your Webflow design and development skills.
— Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
— Multi-tasking and time-management skills with a passion for playing and making great websites for games.

Key Responsibilities:
— Design and maintain the Company’s website using Webflow.
— Add custom HTML, CSS, and Javascript to Webflow projects.
— Design custom landing page websites using Webflow.
— Partner with our Creative Director and Product Management team to design, update, and maintain our website properties using Webflow.
— Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively reprioritizing when necessary as determined by competitive business needs.
— Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

Upland (upland.me) is the earth’s metaverse that sits on top of the real world where people buy, sell and trade virtual properties based on real-world addresses. They play various mini-games, earn UPX currency via virtual businesses and connect in virtual settings with like-minded community members. Upland is available for iOS, Android, and the mobile web and uses blockchain technology to power “true ownership” of digital assets. It launched into open beta in January 2020 and became the largest blockchain metaverse eight months later. Uplandme, Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, California, founded in 2018 by three serial entrepreneurs.

To expand its reach beyond blockchain aficionados and towards a mass-market audience, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Webflow Designer. Our ideal candidate will use their passion for Webflow design to create websites and landing pages perfectly aligned with our overarching style guidelines. Together with our Creative Director and Product Management team, they will answer the most challenging questions the Blockchain/NFT industry faces about website design.
