— Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
— Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
— 1+ years’ experience as a manual QA tester
— Good verbal and written communication in English — Must
— ISTQB certificate — Advantage Knowledge in communication protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP, FTP, ...)
— STD, STP, STR documentation
— Product or industry-specific experience (payment/embedded)
— Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of features and products to ensure highest product quality.
— Write test plans.
— Investigate customer complaints.
— Collect and compile statistical quality data.
— Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
— Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
