Head of Talent

We’re looking for a Head of Talent to help us scale and support our global team as we seek to radically transform how 3 billion+ users live and interact on the decentralized Web. You will manage and build a team of Recruiters, Sourcers, and People Operations Specialists and will oversee our talent acquisition strategy in Ukraine.

You will be responsible for building a robust talent pipeline, positioning Unstoppable Domains as a top-tier employer, and growing our team by 100%+ over the next 6 months. You will also be responsible for supporting HR functions related to talent management & development, including onboarding and offboarding, team building and engagement, and adoption of People tools and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead, grow and develop a high performing Talent team in Ukraine
  • Act as an advisor and recruiting subject matter expert (SME) on market trends, recruiting metrics, operational processes, systems, and tools
  • Measure and report on key recruiting metrics
  • Create an efficient, dynamic full-cycle recruiting process across all roles
  • Develop, initiate and maintain programs related to employee development & retention
  • Openly communicate with key stakeholders on recruiting strengths and opportunities, striving to identify and remove roadblocks preemptively
  • Develop recruiting strategies and programs to meet the organization’s current and future needs
  • Own recruiting for executive-level and niche positions
  • Participate in the development, implementation and effective communication of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage external vendors and ensure that third-party agreements are appropriately negotiated and executed
  • Act as a resource for all People related topics, including payroll, benefits, and tools
  • Build, implement and evolve our employer branding strategy
  • Develop, maintain and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together data and insights that will drive continuous improvement to our recruiting and people processes
  • Use traditional and non-traditional mediums to identify and attract quality candidates, including job fairs, community events, and networking with developers and other recruiters

Requirements:
Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the realm of talent acquisition, management and development
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience scaling and leading high-performing talent teams
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ex. Greenhouse, Lever)
  • Superior analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans

Nice to Have:

  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Interest in cryptocurrency / blockchain
  • Experience at high-growth tech startups
  • Experience with HRIS and People & Culture platforms (ex. Bamboo, Rippling, Lattice, Culture Amp)
