We’re looking for a highly accomplished technical recruiter to lead talent sourcing and acquisition as we seek to radically transform how 3 billion+ users live and interact on the decentralized Web. This person will hire 3 — 6 roles per month and will manage the entirety of the talent acquisition lifecycle for our technical requisitions. This includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, employer branding, analytics, and compliance.

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
  • Recommend new ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the growth of the company, improve the candidate experience, and increase talent diversity
  • Craft unbiased candidate communications, job descriptions, and interview questions
  • Develop and manage relationships with recruiting partners and vendors
  • Create a seamless candidate experience across all stages
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive recruitment
  • Manage and improve upon our Applicant Tracking System
  • Partner with hiring managers to build sourcing, screening, and interviewing assessments to create effective and diverse talent pipelines
  • Build out reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance
  • Run weekly recruiting meetings with senior leadership
  • Protect and promote the company’s reputation and employer brand
  • Partner with hiring managers to create a smooth transition from offer acceptance to new hire onboarding
  • Lead assigned recruiting projects, such as employer branding, community outreach, systems implementation and referral program management
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques


Must Have:

  • 4+ years experience in full cycle technical recruiting or staffing: sourcing, screening, managing pipelines, and closing candidates
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills
  • Ability to identify and engage talented candidates across many different disciplines
  • Proven experience or interest in learning to identify and engage diverse talent
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (competency-based, topgrading, behavioral, etc...)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Ability to write highly polished job descriptions and candidate communications quickly
  • Strong relationship building skills and a proven ability to collaborate cross functionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large number of tasks per day

Nice to Have:

  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Interest in cryptocurrency / blockchain
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Linkedin Recruiter
  • Knowledge of employment law and immigration requirements when hiring
