As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Legal Department and looking for an experienced International Lawyer to join our team. We’re looking for someone who will bring valuable expertise, contribute to strengthening our legal function, and grow alongside us as we continue to scale.

What you’ll do:

• Registration of legal entities: study the specifics of incorporation in the specified country, communicate with local agents, clarify conditions, pricing, and potential risks;
• Provide daily legal support for a group of companies;
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts;
• Open bank accounts in various jurisdictions and set up accounts in payment systems for legal entities;
• Conduct negotiations with partners, agents, and government authorities;
• Prepare legal opinions on specific legal matters;
• Provide legal support in commercial law, international treaties, private international law, tax law, labor law, and financial law, ensuring compliance with local regulations;
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for group companies;
• Communicate with regulators and legal agents;
• Perform other legal tasks as assigned by the team leader.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• 3+ years of experience as an in-house legal counsel or at a law firm supporting international businesses.
• Experience working in payment service providers, fintech companies, or the online payments industry, with a strong understanding of payment methods and regulatory compliance, is mandatory.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international commercial agreements.
• Solid understanding of corporate and commercial law, with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (B2+/C1), with confidence in drafting legal documents and communicating with international partners.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
