Unity Finance is a global payment aggregator that helps businesses around the world accept online payments through cards, e-wallets, and local payment methods.

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team!

Required professional experience:
🔹 2+ year of experience in B2B sales (FinTech, e-commerce, IT, or SaaS preferred)
🔹 Experience in building own client portfolio from scratch and supporting all of them further
🔹 At least Upper-intermediate level of English
🔹 Ability to analyze large volumes of data
🔹 Stress resistance, systematic approach, and a strong focus on results
🔹 Experience in business communication: email correspondence, calls
🔹 Experience in resolving non-standard client issues
🔹 Skills in working with CRM and ticketing systems.

Key responsibilities:
🔸 Support and assistance in resolving merchants’ issues
🔸 Sales of payment solutions
🔸 Monitoring conversion rates and merchant volumes
🔸 Integration of payment systems
🔸 Task setting and communication with various departments.

Will be an advantage:
— Experience working with payment systems;
— Experience using Kibana, Tableau, Jira.
