We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales Team.

Responsibilities:
🔹Researching companies and generating leads through LinkedIn, email, or other channels.
🔹Crafting initial messages and scheduling conversations with clients.
🔹Providing potential clients with initial information about the company’s services.
🔹Tracking lead generation results.
🔹Developing and refining ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
🔹Conducting A/B testing and hypothesis testing to identify target audiences.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:
🔸2+ years of experience in lead generation for B2B using LinkedIn and email.
🔸English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
🔸Experience with outreach automation tools.
🔸Ability to write personalized proposals.
🔸Skills in analyzing and building ICPs.
🔸Strong business communication skills and a passion for networking.
