We are looking for a Merchant Support Specialist to join our Team.

Responsibilities:
🔹 Consulting and supporting merchants on moderation issues, transaction statuses, rejection reasons, etc.;
🔸 Conducting merchant moderation and identification (assistance, support, recommendations);
🔹 Identifying and resolving widespread transaction-related issues;
🔸 Communicating with related departments;
🔹 Interacting with payment solution providers and responding to inquiries;
🔸 Daily submission of ticket reports (quantity, providers, statuses, and types).

You are our ideal candidate if you have:
🔹 Experience handling large volumes of information;
🔸 Strong Excel skills;
🔹 Experience working with Kibana;
🔸 Background in the Fintech industry.
