We are looking for a Technical support specialist to join our Team.

Responsibilities:
🔶 Consultation and support for users on service integration issues of varying complexity;
🔶 Analysis of internal and external failures;
🔶 Consulting on the installation of CMS modules and assistance with settings;
🔶 Payment testing to identify software errors;
🔶 Handling incoming inquiries via chat and email (B2B);
🔶 Logging system errors/bugs in Jira.

Our ideal candidate:
🔹 Knows how to work with logs;
🔹 Proficient in HTML/CSS/PHP/SQL/API;
🔹 Has an English level of B2 or higher;
🔹 Possesses strong communication and analytical skills;
🔹 Experienced with Jira/Postman/CMS modules/Ticket systems;
🔹 Understands e-commerce business models.
