We are looking for a result-driven Product Manager with a vast experience in launching and developing mobile products in social networking niche on international markets. This is an oportunity to get an experience of building a strong product team. Why? Because we have a chalengable goal to be in the top 5 products in our niche in 3 years. It’s all about you:

• 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C product
• 1+ year experience with mobile apps
• Good knowledge of Unit economics
• Expertise in marketing, acquisition channels, and marketing metrics
• Deep understanding of funnel metrics
• Competitors analysis skills
• Experience in conducting A/B tests
• Ability to plan and prioritize product roadmap according to business strategy
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Knowledge of prototyping tools
• Creation of Customer Journey Map
• Team player
• Initiative and proactive in proposing product improvements
• Have data-driven and ownership mindset

What you’ll help us do:

• Planning product roadmap
• Finding growth points with a team of product managers & analytics
• Research, planning, preparing and running A/B tests for funnel optimization
• Holding regular 1:1 meetings with the product team
• Team Processes optimization to cut the time to result
