Finance Manager is a must-have role for any Finance team nowadays, so we’re looking for a results-oriented specialist with strong analytical skills and deep experience in financial/accounting operations. In this role, you will participate in each stage of cash flow processes and financial reporting, play an essential role in driving a financial strategy, and work closely with the financial team.
We are looking for a person who is keen on productivity and can work without supervision under the pressure of deadlines in a dynamic environment. The job is an excellent opportunity to help build out the finance function and actively participate in improving and automatizing processes.
About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Execution of the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
- Participate in each stage of accounting and cash flow processes
- Execution of payments in different payment methods (Payoneer, PayPal, wire transfers, etc.)
- Prepare financial reports for management board and investors
- Work closely with Treasury, Legal, Finance, Product teams to ensure appropriate finance processes
- Support and control the filing of monthly financial reporting
- Generate reports, charts, and tables on financial information
- Open bank accounts, EMI, PSP accounts registrations
- Maintain and perform KYC procedures, internal and external audits, etc.
- Participate in communication with external partners (banks, financial organizations, advertising networks)
- Participate in the preparation of the necessary information for financial services and audits with consideration for the company’s goals
- Manage the preparation of the tax planning
- Participate in various projects and ad hoc assignments if required
About you: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics Finance, Mathematics
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience (preferably with IT company, Big 4 Public Accounting, international public company, or FMCG company)
- Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & PowerBI at a high level;
- Understanding of IFRS, knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws, regular acquaintance with the latest changes
- High level of self-organization, ability to manage priorities and analyze complex issues
- Analytical mind, attention to detail, strong communication, and writing skills
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
