Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a high-end Growth Marketing person.
We need someone to manage different acquisition channels, which are not Meta platforms — think Google search, SEO, TikTok, influencers, etc.
Someone who comes in and starts delivering from week one.

What will you be doing?
— build the abovementioned sales channels for us (we are doing a bit of that, but we don’t have a structured approach yet)
— build and manage the flows in the above-mentioned: here we need someone who understands data and can get insights from them — testing channels, reviewing the return on them, making finetunements & repeat
— potentially build a team later on (but from the get-go, we need someone who can do it themselves)
— understand additional sales potential from existing channels:
how to extract more value from the current approach, e.g. email marketing flows (when a customer doesn’t buy something) or upselling marketing flows (when customers buy smth, but not all) — how we approach, when, what kind of messages are sent, etc.
