The FP&A manager will enforce Finance Team in the company’s future growth. This person will be involved in the Company’s annual budgeting process, financial quarterly reporting/forecasting, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the corporate financial model containing both historical and forward-looking financial results and forecasts
- Own the consolidation of comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial and operation review presentations for executive management
- Prepare the consolidated corporate budget on a quarterly and annual basis
- Prepare weekly/monthly monitoring of actual results versus budgets, forecasts, and prior month/year results
- Prepare financial summary metrics and materials for the Board of Directors and investor presentations
- Ad hoc tasks, analysis and projects
- Create, prepare, and administer presentations to the management team that provides insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports creating a singular reporting source to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years experience in financial planning and analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and desire to advance abilities
- Experience in navigating, querying, and reporting from a relational database system
- SQL basis knowledge
- Experience in the IT/SaaS/FinTech industry will be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- German knowledge will be a plus
- Able to design, originate, adapt, and explain highly complex financial models
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to produce and interpret financial reports in graph and diagram form
- Demonstrated aptitude and success in financial modelling and analysis
