As a Senior Pre and Post-Sales Engineer, you will help to implement, deliver and support the JetPatch solution to our customers while ensuring all business and project goals are met.
You will own the customer relationship during the implementation process and the success of the project is in your hands.
To be successful, you must be ambitious, ready to step up, and have strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Your responsibilities:
— Provide prompt support as-needed basis to existing customers
— Engage with clients in both technical pre-and post-sales activities to ensure JetPatch adoption, including demos, POCs, and professional services
— Accurately identify, replicate, and document software defects and customer-requested product enhancements in the appropriate tracking system
— Design system architecture tailored towards the client’s requirements which encompasses the JetPatch’s suite of products as well as the various third-party applications supported by our API’s
— Document solutions and maintain best practices
— Deliver online training to customers and partners

What we are looking for:
— 7+ years of technical experience in pre-sales and post-sales in Security/IT Infrastructure enterprises and startups (including technical presentations, demos, and POCs)
— Strong server infrastructure experience in both Windows and Unix/Linux (ideally as a system administrator or infrastructure engineer)
— Hands-on experience in a public cloud (AWS and Azure) and other server-virtualized environments (eg: VMware, Red Hat Virtualization, etc)
— Good knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc)
— Can wear multiple hats across the technical sales scope and can pick up new skills very easily
— Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
