Office / Event Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a passionate and creative Office / Event Manager in Lviv (Ukraine).

Your Responsibilities:
— Improvements and making comfortable conditions at the office (purchasing needed stuff, coordination of suppliers and cleaners, arranging necessary repairs, etc.)
— Help to prepare and send corporate presents to the employees
— Planning, coordinating, and organizing corporate and educational events, team building, and other online/offline activities including meetups, lectures, webinars
— business trips support (booking tickets, hotels, assistance in obtaining visas etc.)
— ordering corporate branded products
— work with courier services

Your Profile:
# 1+ years of experience working in a similar role
# Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities
# Intermediate level of English (in written and spoken English)
# Great communication and interpersonal skills (written/verbal),
# Demonstrates initiative to get things done
# Fantastic team player
