If you:
— Familiar with modern searching tools
— Have about a half year of experience in recruiting / sourcing of IT specialists
— Have understanding of different sourcing methods
— Have basic knowledge and understanding of the IT terminology
— Have strong attention to details
— Desire to develop and grow in recruitment sphere
— Result-oriented, with strong work ethic
— At least B1 English level
— At least B2 Polish level
Nice to have:
— Finished Recruitment/Sourcing courses
Your day-to-day activities:
— Candidates searching for open positions using different channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks
— Building talent pipelines
— Screening and selecting resumes
— Cooperation with recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates
— Maintaining internal database
— Job market analysis
