We are looking for a skilled and motivated Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS).

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain integrations that meet our customers’ dynamic business needs.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via tickets, chats, and web conferences;
  • Remote troubleshooting of on-prem IConduct platform or operating system issues that affect customers’ processes;
  • Deployment and support of the IConduct system on a customer’s remote infrastructure;
  • Collaboration with R&D and Delivery teams to ensure relevancy and top quality;

Requirements:

  • ≈1 year experience in Technical Support in a software company;
  • Knowledge in SOAP, and REST web services;
  • Knowledge in SQL (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL);
  • Administrative knowledge of Windows Server OS (both local and cloud: Azure/AWS);
  • Ability to comprehend and manage configuration files, log files, diagnostic tools, software versions, etc.;
  • Good command of English (intermediate or higher);
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.

We consider a plus:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field;
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Priority, and other ERP/CRM systems;
  • Basic knowledge of C# and .Net;
  • Experience with ZOHO Desk and Intercom customer service software;
  • Experience in troubleshooting cloud products or working in a SaaS/PaaS environment;
  • Good understanding of software development process and approaches.
