We are looking for our partner InfinIT Polska CFO/COO for our office in Poland.

We are looking for a responsible, CFO/COO for our office in Poland.

You will subordinate directly to the CEO company.
We can start part-time.

Requirements:

— Minimum 5 years of proven experience;
— Physical location in Poland or ready to move/ability to stay in Poland for a long time;
— Experience in IT company;
— Experience with international markets;
— Experience with the usual things a Financial professional does: agreements, contracts, taxes, and banks;
— Higher Economic/Law Education;
— Fluent level of English;
— Good level of Polish;
— Strong self-organizational skills, and attention to detail;
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

What you will do:
— Communication with the banks (division of functions for organization of the procedure of payment transactions);
— Work with contracts of clients and contractors;
— Manage cash flow activities and support smooth execution of day-to-day finance operations (execution of payments, balance reports, etc.)
— Sales process support, participation in negotiations with clients.
