Experience of at two years in ETL design in the BI domain
Experience with development in ETL (preferably Datastage) and with programming in Oracle
Experience with complex SQL queries
Good communication skills and proficiency in English
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Experience with the HR domain
Experience in Success Factors

We are looking for a new person for a business analyst position that will take part in a project to redesign of the HR data warehouse of customer:

Participate in redesigning the HRBI data model
Perform ETL designs in the HRBI according to the project plan and timelines
Participate in upgrading of the Datastage environment from 8.5 to 11.5
