• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Director or in a similar role in the IT-sphere
Experience in service companies or agencies
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Good team-management abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
• Finance management
• Fluent English
Experience in managing the recruitment agency
• Build long-term trusted relationships with clients
• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
• Manage and grow the recruitment team
• Plan and execute the online and offline company branding activities
• Responsible for forecasting, planning and execution of company’s budget
• Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)
• Financial planning
• Manage, train, and evaluate our team of recruiters
• Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
• Measure key recruitment metrics, like a cost of hire and time-to-hire
