🤩Vacancy Description:

We are looking for a professional who could help strengthen our outbound sales process to get new clients and projects. We expect the candidate to take ownership of outbound sales. Although we have set up the basement in that direction, we expect to help choose the right tools, channels, and routines. This engagement has a high chance of becoming a long-term head of sales position. We are flexible and will rely on your expertise and confidence regarding outbound sales. You will be free to build your work, team, and process effectively.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience as sales manager/engagement manager / SDR;
  • 2+ years of experience in a Ukrainian outsourcing/out staff company;
  • Experience in generating and finding leads on both European and American markets;
  • Experience leading outbound sales processes;
  • Effective at building relationships with prospects as long as it takes to close the deal;
  • Understanding of Sales Pipeline and Pre-Sales processes for outbound leads;
  • Experience in working within small/medium teams and closely with CEO/CTO/CMO;
  • Experience with email and LinkedIn cold outreach;
  • 5000+ relevant connections in your network;
  • Fluent / Advanced in English;
  • Experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM, Sales Navigator, LinkMatch, Apollo, Outplay, and similar tools.
  • Experience using modern AI tools: ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper AI;
  • Structural thinking and quick adaptability;

🏆Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, develop and test ICP hypothesis with CEO and Marketing;
  • Closing deals by converting leads into accounts;
  • Leading account-based marketing approach;
  • Establishing professional relationships with prospects within relevant domains;
  • Coordinate lead-gen specialists to reach relevant leads;
  • Find new customer relationships via LinkedIn/email/offline outreach;
  • Managing and maintaining SQLs in CRM;
  • Arrange regular weekly/monthly/quarterly planning and reports;
  • Choosing and setting up sales tools from scratch if needed;
