Business Analyst — Software Development, Cryptoplatforms (вакансія неактивна)

— 4+ years of business analysis and requirements analysis experience in software development;
— Experience in the projects from the scratch, full cycle development understanding (from understanding what the customer wants to release);
— Strong knowledge of requirements analysis methodologies and methods;
— Experience in creating conceptual documentation like Vision, Solution Scope etc.
— Strong knowledge of and practical experience with business processes and software requirements documenting methods and formats: for example, use cases, business rules, functional & non-functional specifications, user interface design specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria etc.;
— BPMN, IDEF or other business process notation skills;
— At least upper-intermediate spoken and written English;
— A team player attitude with desire to collaborate and share knowledge with customer teams and solution development teams;
— Result-orientation.

— Experience with bug tracking tools (Redmine, Jira);
— Good understanding of technology and ability to present technical information on both a technical level and a business level:
— Good analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to leverage productivity software such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and other diagramming tools;
— Experience working with modeling tools (Balsamiq, UXPin, Axure, Visio etc.);
— Pre-sale experience.

— Working with cutting-edge technologies and approaches, in web, mobile development, cryptoplatforms;

— Gathering and specifying technical requirements for software development projects;
— Preparing and updating project documentation;
— Participation in project pre-sale (gathering requirements, validating estimations).
