We’re expanding and looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll primarily support hiring across Ukraine, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment for Customer Support Representatives (CSRs), as well as recruitment for Administrative, Marketing, and HR positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and preparing offers.
• Lead high-volume recruitment for Customer Support Representatives while supporting hiring for various administrative and corporate roles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using different sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners and vendors.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Create and maintain job descriptions and job postings.
• Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process, including offer negotiations and final hiring decisions.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of recruitment processes, policies, and tools.
• Prepare recruitment reports, analyze hiring metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Stay up to date with recruitment market trends and best practices.
• Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities when required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume (mass) hiring, preferably recruiting Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) and other operational or administrative positions.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
• Experience developing and implementing recruitment processes, policies, and procedures.
• Experience working with ATS systems; HRIS experience is an advantage.
• International recruitment experience is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruitment data to improve hiring performance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
