We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with AI experience to lead delivery of a multi-module B2B SaaS Agentic AI Platform. The role focuses on ensuring predictable execution across AI products while driving alignment between engineering, stakeholders, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the AI platform roadmap for a small engineering team (1 Lead + 3 Developers), ensuring predictable, on-time, and in-scope execution
• Plan and maintain roadmaps, milestones, release plans, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and track velocity, progress, and delivery health
• Maintain a single source of truth (“Project Brain”) in Confluence, capturing decisions, risks, dependencies, and status updates
• Manage Jira delivery board, proactively identifying blockers, risks, and at-risk items
• Use AI tools (e.g. Claude) to transform PRDs and user stories into execution-ready artifacts: sprint plans, work breakdowns, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates
• Act as the key coordination bridge between engineering, internal stakeholders (Helpware Ops), and external clients, ensuring clear communication of scope, trade-offs, and delivery status
• Support technical understanding of system architecture and dependencies to improve risk management and decision-making (without writing production code)
• Coordinate testing, UAT, releases, capacity planning, and resource allocation
• Champion AI-augmented workflows across the team, introducing and standardizing AI-driven delivery practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software project/program management
• 3+ years of experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions (required)
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and cloud environments (AWS)
• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows, automation, or tooling
