Responsibilities:

— Manage Sales Team, onboard new team members

— Manage quality of Sales Managers’ communication with leads

— Perform market analysis, competitor analysis

— Define commercial strategy, specify the existing mix

— Control the execution of the marketing strategy

— Communicate new customer profiles to the sales team and advise them on sales tactics

Key requirements:

— 8+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing

— Location — preferably EU, UK or North America

— Ability to benefit from the personal network in fintech/ traveltech/ crypto/ healthcare

— Demonstrable experience in creating and executing a marketing strategy & execution plan for an IT services company (or complex software product with considerable customizations)

— Excellent analytical skills and using data, metrics, analytics, and technology/industry trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.

— Strong execution skills — ability to ensure timely and efficient execution of sales and marketing processes and strategic transformation projects

— Experience in business development budgeting, planning, setting KPIs and cadence of responsibility for all team members

— Experience in increasing brand awareness, organizing PR activities and work of local sales representatives

— Experience in building cross department processes and driving cross-department transformation projects required to execute company strategy

— English — at least upper-intermediate (B2+);

— German B2+ would be a big advantage :)
