Responsibilities:
— Conduct people partner meetings to monitor engagement and job satisfaction;
— Be the first point of contact for employees, providing daily HR guidance ;
— Provide full scope of HR service (excluding recruitment): onboarding, performance management, career planning, offboarding ;
— Develop strategies to strengthen our employer brand that leverage social media;
— Plan, coordinate, and execute companywide events, team building activities, in-house and external events;
— Update employee records, maintain organizational charts and job descriptions.
— Create and ensure efficient and timely internal communications;
— Encourage an enjoyable environment, effective teamwork & cross-functional collaboration;
— Lead and execute projects with Head of People Operations .
