Requirements:
— 6+ months of recruitment experience;
— Experience in an IT company or IT Recruiting agency;
— English — intermediate+;
— Good knowledge of different recruitment tools (Linkedin, Telegram);

Responsibilities:
— Gathering and clarifying requirements for different vacancies;
— Contacting potential candidates, generating pipelines;
— Candidate assessment, validation and submission as per request;
— Arranging interviews, providing inputs based on interview results.
