— understanding of how software development companies work and what they sell, a general understanding of the IT market
— professional level of knowledge of office tools (Excel/sheets, docs, slides ...)
— strong communication skills, ability to organize threads, chats, channels, meetings

— Work remotely or from our Kyiv “Zoloti Vorota” office;
— Working schedule: 10-19, or 11-20;

We need a person who can efficiently organize support for routine sales processes:
— maintenance and regular updating of sales marketing materials
— preparation of questionnaires, letters-requests for testimonials, etc.
— support in the management of processes for the development of the unit (preparation of analytics from CRM and other internal systems)
— sales / marketing-related communication with third-party organizations (design agencies, agencies \ contractors providing proofreading services, PR agencies, etc.)
— research and collection of information from open and paid sources at the request of the sales/marketing team (information about the market, client, competitor ...)
— organization of internal communication between departments on tasks related to sales/marketing projects
