Front end developer (VueJS + BackboneJS) — remote OK, long-term (вакансія неактивна)

— 5+ years of experience with JavaScript
— Solid, proven experience with VueJS
— Experience with BackboneJS
— English — at least upper-intermediate

— Experience with CreateJS

— Remote work;

— Creating new functionality using VueJS
— Getting familiar with the project codebase (Backbone, VueJS, CreateJS) and fixing bugs/issues
— Reviewing code
— Suggesting the best ways to implement particular features

Our client’s projects are highly interactive educational software — combining painting, sounds, drag and drop. This is not typical web front end work, you will be dealing with unusual bespoke user interfaces, interactive canvases, and you will need to have some mathematical skills particularly with geometry.
The software uses a variety of frameworks, the work will mostly be with VueJS, but there will also be tasks on older applications primarily BackboneJS, CreateJS and jQuery, while newer projects use Vue. For the first two projects you will be working with older applications.
