Unicsoft

I have been working at Unicsoft for more than two years. I started to work on a contract basis and later became a part of the company’s staff. Earlier, before Unicsoft, I worked only in product companies and never had the desire to work for outsourcing. Unicsoft differs from other outsourcing companies in many aspects. Firstly, it works mainly with innovative and cutting-edge technologies, so the projects are always exciting and challenging for the company’s employees. Second, it doesn’t have much bureaucracy and organizational issues that other outsourcing companies usually do. And last but not least, is a friendly and supportive atmosphere inside the company. Of course, there are a lot of other positive moments within the company, but it is better to see and feel everything on your own.
