Unicorn Systems is a renowned European company providing the largest information systems and solutions in the area of information and communication technologies. We have been focused on high added value and competitive advantage for our customers.

Responsibilities:

— Assist to Project Manager through all phases of a project;
— Maintain project working files, issue tickets, project reports, knowledge base etc.;
— Help to track scope, budget, schedule;
— Work in close cooperation with development teams (status gathering, working with Jira);
— Help Project Manager and Team Leaders with their repetitive and ad hoc tasks;
— Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager, including non-project activities like coordination with legal, finance units.

Requirements:

— University degree;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English;
— Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
— Strong administration skills, focus on continuously keeping things in order;
— High level of responsibility, attention, and ethics;
— Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactive approach;
— Confident written and verbal communication skills;
— Advanced PC user.

Would be a plus:

— Knowledge of advanced functions of Excel, Word;
— Any experience using Jira (or similar).
