Now we are looking for a Digital Technologist in Business Analysis to join the team of our client — a large Healthcare Company.

Our client is an innovative, global healthcare company committed to improving health and well-being in 140 countries around the world. The product categories include heart and respiratory health, diabetes, consumer products and women’s health. They also work on researches to prevent and treat diseases that threaten people and animals — including cancer, infectious diseases and many more. The company was found in the U.S. in 1891 and have an impressive up-to-date history.

Who are we and what are we looking for?
We are looking for a Digital Technologist in Business Analysis to be part of the Digital Marketing Realization — Market Squad team within Human Health IT aimed in a nutshell to closely partner with our IT colleagues globally with a focus on European countries, Canada, Middle East and African markets, and improve business satisfaction with IT services. We are looking for a quick learner who is passionate about technology and flexible to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Human Health IT is on a journey to transform our technology, ecosystem, and culture. We need to maximize the flow of value through the organization by managing the throughput and value density, ensuring a focus on the achievement of business outcomes. The Market Squad embedded within the Digital Marketing & Channels (DM&C) team play an important role in ensuring that newly developed product capabilities are successfully adopted, effectively utilized and realized from a technical perspective.

As a Digital Technologist in the Digital Marketing & Channels Value Team, you will

  • Work alongside other digital technologists and digital capability experts.
  • Work with stakeholders and business users from the customer to elicit, capture, analyze, refine, communicate, and document their requirements and product requests.
  • Support deployment activities of the product teams and coordinate the deployment activities on the local level.
  • Discover and visualize the as-is situation and design the to-be solution together with product teams and business stakeholders.
  • Perform detailed analysis of the product requests and business requirements.
  • Articulate captured requirements in the form of use cases or user stories.
  • Depict business needs in a structured and visual way which support more efficient product requests approval process.
  • Attend workshops and meetings with relevant business partners to understand the business cases behind the product requests.
  • Work with the technical analysts, digital experts, and product teams to define appropriate solutions that would meet the customer needs.
  • Support local proves of concept while ensuring alignment to the global blueprint solutions and coordination with Product teams & roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to provide visibility of new implementations as well as of existing Digital Marketing and Channels (DM&C) capabilities to regional and local stakeholders (including availability of those capabilities on a per-market basis).
  • Be responsible for preparation of training materials.
  • Deliver regular or ad-hoc customized trainings for the newly developed and deployed features to the business stakeholders in the markets.
  • Understand DM&C product portfolio and be able to explain the benefits of the end-to-end digital ecosystem to our customers (including non-technical users).
  • Develop good understanding of the business process and how the DM&C capabilities support those.
  • Maintain product catalog to provide visibility of existing DM&C capabilities to Business and IT stakeholders, as well as availability of those capabilities on a per-market basis.
  • Assist in-market digital customer engagements teams with adoption & utilization of the digital marketing capabilities such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.

Required skills set:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s University degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years full-time working experience on global IT projects, digital product evolution and implementation or a related field.
  • A track record of working on IT development programs with demonstrable experience of working on a variety of different IT delivery projects.
  • Experience dealing with customers from both business and technical perspective.
  • Ability to transform complex technical concepts into easily understandable business language.
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to present both in person and virtually.
  • User level experience with one or few of the following digital systems/platforms:
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, etc.),
    • WordPress,
    • SalesForce Marketing Cloud,
    • Google Tools (including Google Analytics, GA360, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
    • Confluence, JIRA.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Talent of a consultant and the ability to collaborate in teams as well as to act independently.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, experience working with and setting up JIRA and Confluence — nice to have.
